As the others packages this will give you the minimum knowledge to use Blender for your own projects playing several videos you can find in the content of the product.

Since i don't want to be boring because i know that long and ultra detailed lessons could frustrate the user...i know what it means, not all the features of Blender will be discussed in this videos, teaching you only the fundamentals aspects i think you should know to use the software as fast and best you can.
